Delivery & Returns

Dispatch

Most orders are dispatched within one to two working days, however please allow up to five working days for your order to be dispatched at busy times.  You will receive a dispatch note as soon as your order has been sent.  If you wish to enquire about current dispatch times before placing an order please contact us and we will be able to inform you as to which day your order will be dispatched. 

We are currently experiencing an unprecedented level of orders so please be aware that some orders are currently taking longer than usual to dispatch.

 

How are orders sent?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail using the service which is selected at checkout.

The website calculates postage based on the size and weight of the order - not the order value.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a postage option which provides adequate cover for their order value is selected.  In the event that inadequate postage cover is chosen and an order is subsequently lost by Royal Mail, Fleecy Bums will only be liable to replace the order up to the value of cover we can reclaim from Royal Mail. 

  • Standard 1st and 2nd class postage provides cover for up to £20 for loss or damage (no tracking reference). 

  • Signed for 1st and 2nd class postage provide cover for up to £50 for loss or damage (tracking reference available). 

  • Special delivery provides cover for up to £500 for loss or damage. 

 

Fleecy Bums will provide proof of postage or tracking number on request.  In the event a parcel is lost or damaged by Royal Mail, we will assist the customer to take this up with Royal Mail.  We will not take any responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any delivery issues caused by Royal Mail.  

 

Where orders contain pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped only once all items are available. Please place orders separately if you need other items urgently.

 

Do you offer worldwide delivery?

Yes we do.  If you are wanting to order from outside the UK please contact us directly to place your order as we will need to calculate the delivery change manually as our website does not currently do this automatically.

 

Order Cancellation

You have 14 days to cancel and return your order with us for a refund (excluding postage cost and transaction fees - please see Terms and Conditions for full details). This 14 day period starts from the day after you receive your order.  If you wish to return an item you need to contact us directly before doing so to inform us of your order cancellation. 

Any items you return must unwashed, unused and returned in the same condition and packaging which they were delivered in.  Please note you are responsible for return delivery charges.

 

Faulty Items

If you feel you have a faulty item you must inform us within 30 days of the date of delivery.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges outside of this timeframe. 

Please contact us with a description of the fault and a photograph (if applicable).  We may ask you to send the faulty item back to us for investigation.  After which, if we deem the item to be faulty we will replace the item for you free of charge, or offer a full refund if we are unable to replace the item like for like. 

 

How Do I Return An Item?

You are responsible for the return postage and package costs.  We would strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as we are not able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us. In the event that items fail to reach us you would be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail.
