Delivery & Returns

Dispatch
Most orders are dispatched within one to two working days, however please allow up to five working days for your order to be dispatched at busy times. You will receive a dispatch note as soon as your order has been sent. If you wish to enquire about current dispatch times before placing an order please contact us and we will be able to inform you as to which day your order will be dispatched.

How are orders sent?
Our standard method of postage is Royal Mail second class. Orders up to and including £40 in value are charged postage at a flat rate of £3.35 and orders above £40 are receive free postage. We also offer a number of alternative postal options including first class and special delivery which are available to select at check out.
Fleecy Bums will provide proof of postage or tracking number on request.

Although most orders as delivered in a few days following dispatch, Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days to deliver a parcel as stated in their terms and conditions and as such they will not consider a parcel to be missing until this time has elapsed. For this reason we kindly ask you to wait the full 10 working day period before getting in touch to report a missing parcel as we will be unable to do anything until this period has passed. In the event that your parcel remains missing outside of the 10 working day period please get in touch with us and we will work with you to resolve the matter. We will not take any responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any delivery issues caused by Royal Mail.

Where orders contain pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. Please place orders separately if you need other items urgently.
Do you offer worldwide delivery?
Yes we do. If you are wanting to order from outside the UK please contact us directly to place your order as we will need to calculate the delivery change manually as our website does not currently do this automatically.
Order Cancellation
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to cancel and return your order with us for a refund (excluding original postage cost and transaction fees - please see Terms and Conditions for full details). If the date of delivery is not able to be ascertained by using order tracking information, it will be deemed to be 5 working days after the date the order was dispatched.

If you wish to return an item you need to contact us directly before doing so to inform us of your order cancellation. Cost of returning items is at the customers expense. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received by Fleecy Bums and as such we recommend you used a tracked service to return your goods as we will not take responsibility for any items which go missing in transit.
Any items you return must unwashed, unused and returned in the same condition and packaging which they were delivered in. Please note you are responsible for return delivery charges. Please also include a note stating your original order number to enable us to process your refund as quickly as possible.
Faulty Items
If you feel you have a faulty item you must inform us within 30 days of the date of delivery. If the date of delivery is not able to be ascertained by using order tracking information, it will be deemed to be 5 working days after the date the order was dispatched.

Please contact us with a description and photograph of the fault. We may ask you to send the faulty item back to us, for investigation. After which, if we deem the item to be faulty we will replace the item for you free of charge, or offer a full refund if we are unable to replace the item like for like.

Unfortunately, for items not covered under warranty, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges outside of this timeframe.
